ValetOps, a product of Panter Productions LLC, provides valet-operations software to parking operators. This policy explains what we collect when a valet operation uses ValetOps to serve you as a guest, and when you visit this site.

01 — What we collect

• Guest phone number — only if you choose to give it to the valet, and only to send you transactional texts about your vehicle (your claim-check link, retrieval confirmation, and a ready alert). Texting is optional; paper tickets remain available.
• Vehicle details — plate, make, model, color, and parking location, used to run the valet operation and return the right car to the right guest.
• Condition photos — photos of the vehicle taken at intake, kept as part of a timestamped custody record used to document vehicle condition and resolve damage claims.

This website itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

02 — What we never do

• We never sell or rent personal information.
• We never send marketing texts. Messages are transactional only, tied to your visit.
• We never share your phone number with anyone except the operator serving you and the carriers required to deliver your texts.

03 — Retention

Ticket records and condition photos are retained on behalf of the valet operator for the period in which a vehicle claim can legally be made, then deleted. Phone numbers are used only for the messages described above; reply STOP to any message to end texting immediately.

04 — Your choices

To opt out of texts, reply STOP at any time. To ask what we hold about you or request deletion (subject to the operator's legal retention needs for claims), contact us and we'll help: hello@valetops.co.
